All about the NDIS

New to the NDIS? We'll guide you every step of the way.

Not sure if you’re eligible? Confused about your plan? Wondering what supports you can access? Our team explains it all in plain language, with no jargon and no pressure.

01

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme funds supports for Australians under 65 who have a permanent and significant disability. It is individualised: every participant has their own plan, budget and goals.

You, or a nominated representative, choose which providers to work with. Providers like us do not hold your funding; we invoice against it as we deliver supports.

02

Understanding your budget

01

Core Supports

Everyday assistance: personal care, community access, transport, consumables. The most flexible budget.

02

Capacity Building

Skill-building supports: therapy, employment help, plan management, coordination. Category-locked funding

03
