The team at D&M are absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly helpful, and always listen to what I need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I just love them!
I always have the best time when I go on respite with D&M. The team makes everything easy for me and I feel really comfortable with my support workers. I get to go out, try new things, and have fun in the community. I always look forward to my stays and I’m already excited for the next one.
I always feel so supported with D&M. Every support worker I’ve had has been kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They make me feel comfortable, listened to, and never rushed. It’s the little things they do that make such a big difference: checking in on how I’m feeling, helping me stay focused on my goals, and making sure I enjoy my time. I’m really grateful for the workers who support me, and I always feel better after my shifts with them.
