For planned stays we recommend 2 to 4 weeks. For emergency respite, call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate within 24 to 48 hours.

Please do. Favourite blankets, photos, food and routines all help you settle in. It’s your stay.

Yes. Awake overnight support is available for participants who need it, and our workers are trained in medication, epilepsy and manual handling.

Short Term Accommodation (STA) covers stays up to 14 days. Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) covers up to 90 days, often used while waiting for long-term housing.
