Yes. We actively involve you in the matching process and will change the match if it is not working.

All workers complete mandatory training and shadow shifts before working independently. Many also hold additional qualifications in disability, nursing, aged care or allied health.

Yes. We support participants with high-intensity care needs, including complex behaviours, epilepsy, PEG feeding, catheter care and wound care under nursing oversight.

We will communicate as early as possible and arrange a replacement who already knows your routine. We do not leave participants without support.
