Mara leads D&M Total Support Network with a lifelong dedication to community service and social inclusion. She holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Community Development, bringing strong expertise in person-centred practice and community empowerment.
Her early volunteer work supporting young women and youth experiencing substance-use challenges shaped her belief in compassion, dignity, and the importance of safe, supportive environments where people can rebuild their lives. These experiences continue to guide her leadership today.
Mara is deeply committed to improving the lives of people with disability. She believes every individual has the ability to reach their full potential, and that with the right support and determination, meaningful independence is possible.

Donna is known for her unwavering commitment to going above and beyond for the people she supports. Caring, dependable, and deeply dedicated, she approaches every client relationship with genuine compassion.
Donna is a bundle of energy, always striving to do, achieve, and make things better. She is totally committed to every customer who walks through the door, ensuring each person feels respected, supported, and genuinely cared for.
With a generous heart and a firm belief in fairness and equality, Donna ensures that every individual she works with feels valued and safe. She is not motivated by power or financial gain; her purpose is rooted in service and in making a meaningful difference within the community.

Claire oversees respite services, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and a compassionate approach to her role. With a background as a veterinary nurse and several years as a support worker, she combines practical expertise with deep empathy.
Claire ensures that both clients and staff feel valued and supported. She embodies all of D&M’s core values, consistently demonstrating respect, kindness, and dedication.

Claire’s leadership fosters a positive, caring environment where quality care and genuine respect are at the forefront.
Vince plays a key role in the administrative and coordination functions at D&M Total Support Network, ensuring services run smoothly for participants, plan managers, and the wider support team.
In his role, Vince prepares service quotes, submits invoices, and maintains clear, timely communication with plan managers to support efficient service delivery. He also manages participant documentation, ensuring records are organised, up to date, and aligned with operational and compliance requirements.
Vince also contributes to the organisation’s outreach by sharing social media updates that highlight available services, community engagement, and participant opportunities. His proactive approach helps strengthen DM’s visibility and connection with the community.
Vince fits seamlessly into the DM culture, sharing the same values of respect, transparency, and genuine care for every NDIS participant. He is knowledgeable across respite and Supported Independent Living (SIL) processes, enabling him to support both participants and staff with confidence and clarity.
